Each village needs high-quality products and services that perfectly fit its profiles, preferences and needs. We match brands to villages and make them successful in those villages, including the following categories: 1. Brands moving toward new growth. Never in the history of brands has there been more opportunity, and never has there been more competition. That is true for branded products as well as services. Growth strategies must always be integrated and multi-dimensional, including options like: web, brick-and-mortar, multiple geographies, etc. We are skilled in making existing brands more successful, in either one or multiple markets. 2. Brands moving toward new geographies. We help expand brands from one geography to another, including initial brand launches into multiple locations, or expanding existing brand into new geographies. A powerful brand connects me to a world bigger than my own and at the same time fits perfectly in my village. Some brands fit some villages, but not others. Most brands need some modification in order to translate well from one village to another. 3. Organizations moving toward new brands. Beginning a new brand, or constructing a brand extension, allows the brand to be built on a platform that incorporates the full range of opportunities and strategies available to contemporary brands. Our focus is primarily on building the business of the brand, not in doing the creative work of "branding". |
