The purpose of a whiteboard session is to immediately begin
working on the business. They are not sales pitches. Neither do we come with a PowerPoint. Although we can do both, we would much rather bring our minds and experience, combine with your minds and experience, and get something productive done.
Whiteboard sessions normally consist of either a half or full day of roll-up-the-sleeves work with
relevant organizational decision makers, which allow everyone to engage in vigorous mutual interaction and problem solving – regarding the issue(s) about which need to be resolved.
We strategize together and map things out, often (and not surprisingly) on a whiteboard. We usually sign non-disclosure agreements beforehand. The best whiteboard sessions are those that allow for authentic and open conversation regarding the issues at hand.
Problems looking for solutions and opportunities searching for plans almost always require clear understanding of at least two components: precise articulation of the primary and ancillary issue(s), and identification of logical next steps. Whiteboard sessions are designed to move toward that clarity.
Whiteboard sessions are without obligation or cost – apart from our travel expenses. We give away our time and best thinking – Brand Villages’ version of “loving what we do and willing to do it free.” You then make a decision about hiring us based on the value of time together. Regardless, though, you are able to take the whiteboard work and apply it as you wish.
